When claiming your warranty, you must be able to provide proof of purchase.

One-Year Limited Warranty

Additional Two-Year Dust-and Water Resistance Limited Warranty

Additional Two-Year Dust-and Sweat Resistance Limited Warranty

In addition to your one-year warranty, this warranty helps protect your device. It covers your device against damage resulting from exposure to dust and perspiration. It is applicable from the time you purchase your product when it is registered with Jabra through the Jabra Sound + application.

Additional Three-Year Limited Warranty Against Sweat

This warranty applies to certain Jabra devices. It covers your product from failure resulting from exposure to the effects of perspiration. You can claim the warranty if you have proof of purchase and if the product is registered through the Jabra Sport Life application. The warranty becomes effective from the date of purchase.

If your device is covered in the warranty, Jabra may repair or replace it. That decision is at their sole discretion. If it is not practicable to repair your device or replace it, they may give you a refund. A repair or replacement will not alter the terms of your warranty. It does not extend your warranty period.

If you want to claim your warranty, you must contact the support team or an authorized dealer from which you bought your device.

Return the device in its original packaging. If you don't have it, use packaging that offers a similar amount of protection.

You need the following when presenting your claim;

1. The faulty product

2. Why you wish to return it

3. Your proof of purchase which clearly shows the name and address of your dealer, the product type, and the date you purchased it

If your product is repaired, it may have used components. Some of them may have been reworked. All the components are of high quality. Your replaced components no longer belong to you.
