CVS Pharmacy is a retail pharmaceutical company that also allows customers to refill and process their prescriptions online. The company was founded in 1963 and has over 9,800 stores across the United States.

Going to a pharmacy, you expect impeccable customer service. You depend on the pharmacy to fill your prescription correctly, explain how to take the prescription along with side effects, and behave in a tactful manner about your medication. If you have a complaint against a CVS about how you were treated or how your prescription was handled, follow the below step-by-step instructions.

If your complaint is specific to an employee or an incident at a certain CVS, you can revisit the location and ask to speak to the store manager. Calmly explain what happened, provide any evidence, and don't forget to be clear in describing what needs to happen to make you happy.

Phone Your Local CVS

You can call your local CVS where the issue occurred and ask to speak to the store manager. Explain in detail your complaint and what you would like done to resolve the issue.

You can call the CVS Customer Service Team which is available every day from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm EST. The average wait time is 17 minutes.
