Using AT&T Mark the Spot to Report Outages

  1. Open the app on your device
  2. Click on the option ‘Where did it happen?'
  3. Select ‘What Happened'
  4. Select ‘Where Were You?'
  5. Click on the option ‘Submit'
  6. If you can't connect to the network, save your report
  7. When you save your report, it will be displayed as a red pin on the map
  8. Submit your report when your device connects
